Mental Health Clinical Supervision

The purpose of clinical supervision is to support mental health nurses’ professional growth, learning, self-awareness and critical reflection on practice to ensure safe and effective care is provided to patients
This CPD module aims to introduce mental health nurses to the theoretical and practical components of clinical supervision. Other nurses and midwives may also benefit from this module.
This module comprises an educational presentation and video of the ‘What’ model of structured reflection in practice, followed by a short quiz and additional training resources
