This workshop is designed to assist RN & RN nurses to revisit the principles of documenting care and other activities in an objective and concise manner within the context of a diverse range of readers, this course covers the importance of transparency, clarity and positive patient/client/family and health care outcomes in an increasingly litigious health care environment.
